But the staff in Hervey Bay store needs to understand that people coming to them to help that they can't get online. I had 2 services with them, but with disappointment I ended up porting my self out to telstra and and changed other service online which was much smoother. Further note they don't know what they have advertised in their website, giving customers ambiguous answers.

Neither could they help me set it up or transfer files from old phone to new. I new more than them and I'm not very technical.
