It has taken them over a year to come and fix a paver that they chipped on installation and I am still waiting for them to come and fix a light. I am sick of ringing them and I would never recommend them to anybody.

- Susan Cairney Added February 24, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not the happiest person on the block! Our pool is 2 years old and the gel coating has worn back to nothing! The coating is fine in any weather they say...except extreme UV conditions in Qld which nobody at Narellan told us about or made a suggestion of tiling under the coping to just under the waterline to combat the problem...so buyer beware, make sure you check out everything before you buy a Narellan Pool because it's a franchise - they won't tell you!

We were fully expecting a lot of extra time and expense, but the installation actually took less time than we were originally told. We would definitely recommend Narellan Pools to others.
