    I like Optus as a company as they value their customers. But the staff in Hervey Bay store needs to understand that people coming to them to help that they can't get online. I had 2 services with them, but with disappointment I ended up porting my self out to telstra and and changed other service online which was much smoother. Further note they don't know what they have advertised in their website, giving customers ambiguous answers.

    Gets a tad busy at times so there can be a bit of a wait but the staff are great and really know there products well

    Hervey Bay store used to have exelent service. New staff this time and they could not even tell me if the phone I was looking at would take a memory card. Neither could they help me set it up or transfer files from old phone to new. I new more than them and I'm not very technical.
